Shipping Info and Returns

Free Shipping in the Continental US!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will include your shipping costs in your order. If we are offering free shipping you will see the shipping costs at $0. We will provide you with an email after your purchase with estimated delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Items are typically received by the customer within 1-3 weeks of the customer order. Please note that sometimes there are delays with the items being shipped but we will work hard to make sure your items are delivered as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of order date for a full refund. Customer is responsible for the original shipping costs that we incur to get the product to the customer and return shipping costs with exception if the return is a result of our error only if you have received an incorrect or defective item. Although we offer free shipping we incur costs to ship the items to you and will incur costs to get the item shipped back to the company. Additionally all returns are subject to a 6% restocking fee. These shipping costs and restocking fee will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.

If you cancel your item before it has been shipped you will be responsible for a 6% restocking fee to place the order back in our inventory. If you cancel your order after your order has been shipped you will be responsible for the original shipping costs that we incur to get the product to the customer and return shipping costs. Although we offer free shipping we incur costs to ship the items to you and will incur costs to get the item shipped back to the company. Additionally all returns are subject to a 6% restocking fee. These shipping costs and restocking fee will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns by Mail
Here are the basic steps:
1. Pack the item securely in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING your system came in. Please DO NOT throw away the original packaging your material came in. Make sure you enclose a copy of the original invoice.
2. Contact Cabinet Garden at (844) 446-6347 before you ship the return package for the correct shipping address.
3. All products must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
4. Make sure to keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
5. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note that the original shipping costs to send you the item and return shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund amount.
